Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) 541-484-1125 Weatherization Plus program. You may receive up to 100% of the cost to install insulation and other energy-saving improvements. To be eligible you must: 1) be a Eugene Water and Electric Board customer; 2) rent or own a home or apartment that is heated with electricity; and 3) have a low income. For an application or income information call EWEB.
Lane County 541-682-3999, TTY 682-4114 For households at 125% of federal poverty level, the Weatherization Program will assist Lane County residents with insulation for attic, walls, pipes, and under-floor. Install low-flow showerheads and sink aerators and provide client education.
State Home Oil Weatherization Program 800-452-8660 Free energy audits to homeowners and renters who heat with oil, propane or wood. The audit qualifies homeowners to apply for a 6 % loan or cash rebate for weatherization items recommended in the energy audit.
