Central Health Center 308-384-7625 Central Health Center provides basic reproductive health care services for women and men. Medical services include birth control information and supplies, pelvic and breast exams, STD testing and treatment, pregnancy testing and referrals, and breast and cervical screening for women. Lifeline Program - Saint Francis Medical Center 308-398-5559 or 308-398-5396 Lifeline is an emergency response program that provides help 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with the push of a button. A personal help button that is waterproof is worn on a neck chain or wrist strap.
